"The internet service we booked through offered rooms that they weren't supposed to. When we checked in we did not have the room we thought we had booked, but the owner quickly rectified the situation.
The owner and his entire staff were wonderful, thoughtful and quick to go the extra step. We were greeted with a nice bottle of wine in our room.
We would highly recommend the Historic Karsten Inn to anyone traveling through the Kewaunee WI area. It is quaint, homey and extremely well staffed."
